Just a few thoughts...

My children are ages 4 and 2 and one on the way. I was thinking today...
'I am having so much fun with them at this age, I don't want this to end.'

Then there are days when I long for them to help with chores and be responsible enough to play in the back yard without me and buckle their own seat belt and put on their own shoes... the list goes on.

I once heard a very true statement that says it all.

"When the children are young, the days are long but the years are short."

A great way to put it in words!

I have a 15 month old and a 4 year old and many days I run circles around them and at night look at their little faces and hope this time never ends.

I can totally relate to this, even at the infant age. I love how little baby's smell....but then there are times that i don't ;)

I love your zucchini pie idea, do you have a particular recipe you use? sounds interesting!

Blessings,

Valerie

Zucchini pie is identical to apple pie except that you replace the apple with zucchini. We use the Betty Crocker cookbook recipe but you can use any apple pie recipe.
You would never know the difference!

Good luck! You'll be smiling all the way through dessert time!
